A HARDY band of supporters will be at the Kassam Stadium at 5am tomorrow to begin a charity walk to Wycombe.
About 30 members of OxVox, Oxford United’s supporters’ trust, are making the 24-mile trip to raise money for the club’s youth and community trust, plus the Helen & Douglas House Hospices.
The group includes Milk Cup hero Les Phillips and U’s director Simon Lenagan.
They will also be joined by Alex Nott, father of Charlotte, who lost her lower limbs to meningitis and is well known to U’s fans after the club raised money for local charity SpecialEffect last season.
Almost £4,000 has been raised, but donations can be made at www.justgiving.com/oxvox.
