Jay Johnson’s individual goal gave the hosts the lead, only for Daniel Jones to level.
Mark Harper restored Yarnton’s advantage, but that was cancelled out by Billy Truby’s close-range effort.
After the break, Kidlington were reduced to ten men when they had Russell Fujak sent off for a professional foul, but despite the setback, Kristian Thomas put the visitors in front.
But with seconds left, Marsh grabbed a point when he coolly fired in Michael Trafford’s cross.
Second-half goals from Nathan Holt and Lewis Welby secured a 2-0 win for Northway at Enstone Sports.

A penalty double from Julian Pitts helped Watlington Town fight back to secure their first point of the season in a 3-3 draw at home to North Oxford.
Michael Hinklin and Tom Hooper put Oxford 2-0 up, and although Pitts cut their lead from the spot, Max Palmer made it 3-1.
Pitts’ clawed one back after the break with his second, before Gabby Heycock free-kick sealed a point.
Goals from Leon Edwards (2), Stuart Haynes, Andrew Boyles and Robbie Brown earned Middleton Cheney a 5-1 success at Long Crendon, for whom Adam Hazell found the net.
Jason Condor scored a hat-trick for Garsington Res as they won 5-2 at Launton Sports Res.
Steve Sperrin put hosts ahead with his first goal for eight years, with Condor levelling before Jamie Hulcombe gave Launton a 2-1 lead.
Rob Lacey saved a Garsington penalty, but a brace from Condor and strikes from Dan Smith and Dan Fraser sealed the comeback.
To compound Launton’s agony, Lacey was sent off late on.
Tom Gerken, Ben Clifton and Tom Pickett netted for Eynsham in a 3-1 success away to Freeland Res in Division 2.
Paul Salter had earlier equalised for the hosts.
Jon Ramsey and Lee Trinder helped themselves to doubles as North Oxford Res thrashed Horspath Res 5-1 at home in their Division 3 encounter.
Leigh Paintin sealed their nap hand, with Jason White replying for the visitors.
Charlton United Res hammered Enstone Res 6-0 at home, Tom Sullivan leading the way with a double.
Richie Knight, Kieran Cross, Jamie Shields and Chad Blackman completed their tally.
James Castle’s double and a Steve Atkins strike secured a 3-0 win for Broughton & North Newington Res at Mansfield Road Res in the first round of the Clarendon Cup.
Bletchingdon Res beat local rivals Oakley Res 2-1 at home.
Bletchingdon opened the scoring through Des Hawn Whiteman and doubled their advantage, thanks to a good finish from Tom Williams.
Oakley pulled one back before half-time through Jamie Smith, but were unable to find an equaliser.
