Free bags of compost are being offered to Cherwell residents as a thanks for recycling efforts.
Between May 4 and May 11 Cherwell District Council is holding three compost giveaways – in Kidlington, Bicester and Banbury.
It coincides with national Compost Awareness Week staring on May 6.
The giveaways are at Exeter Hall in Kidlington, The Cooper School in Bicester and the car park off Windsor Street, next to the Blarney Stone pub in Banbury between 9am and 1pm.
