THE annual hysteria for hurling explosives into the air and setting fire to a human effigy may be over for another year but one parish council will hold its own firework festivities all over again tomorrow night.
The Risinghurst and Sandhills Parish bonfire and fireworks will take place at the Risinghurst Playing Field, Grovelands Road.
There will be a fun fair, refreshments, as well as the main display and a bonfire.
Gates open at 5.30pm before the bonfire is set alight at 6.45pm and the fireworks display will begin at 7.15pm.
Entry costs £3 for adults and £2 for children aged between 5 and 16. Under-5s go free.
