ABINGDON Spirituality Group will be screening a documentary about the life of Akong Tulku Rinpoche in the town.
The teacher, spiritual leader and doctor of Tibetan medicine, spent time in Oxford working as a porter at the John Radcliffe Hospital after a perilous escape from Chinese-occupied Tibet in 1959.
The event will be held on Tuesday from 7.30pm at St Ethelwold's House, East St Helen Street. Entry is by £5 donation.
