DO you want to go on a bear hunt?

Author Michelle Robinson will be taking you one step closer as she shares tips from her new book: ‘A Beginner’s Guide to Bear Spotting’ at the Story Museum.

The immersive event for children and their families will be held on Saturday, November 18 at the Pembroke Street Museum, from 2pm to 3pm.

The fun-filled session will be bursting with stories, bears and chances for youngsters and their parents to get involved.

In her career Ms Robinson has written more than 6,000 radio adverts before moving to television and designing websites for brands like Coca-Cola, Guinness and Cadburys.

Bored of working for corporate companies, she started writing funny stories for children.

Her picture book ‘There’s a Lion in My Cornflakes’ won the Sainsbury’s Book Awards.

The Story Museum is a registered charity and is currently asking residents to suggest story-related objects to become a part of the museum’s finished collection. Tickets for the event are between £7 and £5. For more information visit: storymuseum.org.uk/whats-on/beginners-guide-bear-spotting/
