A COUPLE have submitted a retrospective planning application for a new house they have already built.
‘Mr and Mrs Webb’ of Great Coxwell near Faringdon have asked White Horse District Council to be allowed to keep what they have constructed.
The couple already won outline planning permission to build a new house, but made significant changes when they erected it including removing a garage, a porch and an access track.
The couple also retained a tree they originally planned to cut down and replaced a brick chimney with a metal flue.
