DRAINAGE and landscaping for the 2,500-home Grove Airfield estate will be examined by parish councillors.
Grove Parish Council planning committee will be going through the plans with a fine-tooth comb at the Old Mill Hall on School Lane on Tuesday evening from 7.30pm.
They will also discuss a domestic planning application for a first-floor extension.
Members of public are welcome to attend the session but are reminded it is not a public meeting and there is a section for public comments at the beginning of the night.
