A REPORT which will recommend ways in which Oxford can become a world-class place for cycling will be published within a fortnight, the Oxford Mail understands.
In July, Andrew Gilligan was appointed by the National Infrastructure Commission to work with councils and organisations to see how Oxford, Milton Keynes and Cambridge could its offer for cyclists.
The NIC has said a final date for Mr Gilligan's publication is yet to be set – but it should be within the next two weeks.
