TIPS from a brewery trying to end food waste one beer at a time will be shared tomorrow at Turl Street Kitchen.

Toast Beer is the brainchild of pioneering brewer and environmentalist Tristram Stuart, who set out to put the 44% of fresh bread that is thrown away to good use as delicious alcohol.

The company's CEO Rob Wilson will be speaking from 12.45pm until 2pm about Toast's quest to end the massive problem of food waste, and give his advice to budding social entrepreneurs.

The £4.84 ticket cost includes a Toast ale to enjoy with lunch or take home.
