AN award-winning university restaurant will host a culinary masterclass aiming to teach budding chefs how to cook authentic Indian street food.
Chef Kashmira has grown up cooking and eating authentic Indian cuisine and will share her passion, enthusiasm and knowledge to teach how to cook simple but flavoursome Indian Street food.
At the end of the course there will be a complimentary glass of wine or a soft drink as well as a sample of the day's efforts.
The event will take place tomorrow at Brookes Restaurant, Headington Campus, Oxford Brookes University between 9.15am and 2.30pm. Call 01865 483 803 to book.
