VOLUNTEERS are needed to run a major event in Oxford next month.
The Christmas Light Festival will be held from November 17 until November 19 and is set to attract 100,000 people to the city centre over that weekend.
Anyone who wants to know more about how the event is run is asked to contact Oxford City Council, which is on the lookout for people to help things run smoothly.
