CHURCHES in Abingdon are creating Narnia-themed displays in the town’s community shop in the precinct.
Volunteers from churches are needed to staff the shop, which is being used as a space for prayer and reflection in the run-up to Christmas.
The shop will be open from 9.30am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday.
Community worker at Christ Church Sarah Fry said: “We did this last year and it was popular - we got about 400 visitors.”
