BICESTER residents and community groups who took part in a recent energy efficiency survey can now have their green spaces rejuvenated for free.
A recent pilot study, the Data Driven Local Energy Mapping for Urban Retrofit (LEMUR) project, looked at people's energy usage to find out how to make homes healthier and more fuel-efficient, with participants offered garden vouchers in return for their input.
Ten households and six organisations including the Bicester Health and Wellbeing Centre have now received a makeover as a result of the scheme.
