AN ENVIRONMENTAL consultancy firm in Chipping Norton was commended for its commitment to staff training and development.
Lockhart Garratt, who have offices in Chipping Norton and Corby, received the Investors in People accreditation – a status held by 14,000 organisations across the world with a high standard of leadership.
To achieve the Bronze level accreditation, 75 per cent of staff at the company were interviewed as part of the process.
Consultant Alison Barrett said: “Through group presentations and individual interviews, our staff were able to demonstrate that Lockhart Garratt defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well in order to outperform in our industry.”
