PUPILS at Didcot Girls School were given an insight into what they can achieve when the school hosted its first ever leadership conference.
The day of activities involved all year nine students on Thursday and began with a keynote address by Michelle Adams, an HR director at O2.
There were also talks from Chief Inspector Clare Knibbs from Thames Valley Police and Dr Joanna Nash, who spoke about women in the world of science.
In the second half of the day girls worked in small groups to employ the leadership skills of team work, direction, empathy and collaboration.
