A NEW home could be built in Rose Hill under plans submitted to Oxford City Council.
The one-bedroom house would be built in Nowell Road on a plot of land between two semi-detached houses.
It would have garden space at the rear and a car parking space at the front.
Neighbours can give their views on the plans until Tuesday, December 27 and a final decision will be taken by planning officers by Tuesday, January 17.
