LADIES at the Leys branch of the Women's Institute will be getting creative for the Cowley Festival of Christmas Trees on their final meet-up of the year.
From 7.30pm on Wednesday, December 7 the group will meet at The Clockhouse in Greater Leys to decorate a tree to display in St James Church, Beauchamp Lane.
Local businesses and community groups are creating trees to appear in the church from December 10 to 17 in aid of two local children's charities, SeeSaw and Rosy.
The Leys WI meets once a month and is one of the youngest WI groups in Oxfordshire. For more information or to inquire about membership visit theleyswi.moonfruit.com
