PUPILS at a North Oxford school have raised more than £2,000 for a disability charity by swimming the length of the English Channel.
More than 100 children at the Dragon School collectively swam 1,416 length of the school's pool for Leonard Cheshire Disability - a charity which supports disabled people around the world.
Teachers, friends and family cheered on the Year 6 pupils - aged 11 and 12 - as they completed the challenge at the independent school on Tuesday.
The youngsters 'reached France' in just under an hour.
