AN opticians in Abingdon has been hailed as best branch of the year.
Scrivens in Bury Street beat off 27 of the chain's other branches in the region to win the award.
Manager Marieka Luker said it was 'fantastic' to win and credited teamwork and 'loyal customers'.
The award is recognition for the team’s first class customer care, general positive attitude and expertise.
Scrivens Opticians chairman Nicholas Georgevic said the branch was a 'worthy winner'.
