FESTIVE volunteers are being called to lend a helping hand as carols chime across the city.
Charity Christian Aid is on the look out for helpers for its Big Christmas Sing, which is set to hit Oxford Town Hall this month.
The annual three-day event brings youngsters together to belt out their favourite Christmas tunes and carols in the St Aldate's venue.
Cash raised from the event, organised in partnership with Oxfordshire County Council's music service, supports the charity's work tackling poverty and distress across the globe.
Stewards are needed from 5-8pm from Tuesday, November 29 to Thursday, December 1.
