A GATHERING to raise awareness of dementia in the community is set to take place next week.
Members of Divinity Road Area Residents' Association have organised a special evening to highlight the condition to families in East Oxford.
Householders from across the area are invited to Southfield Golf Club for the event, which is open to all, from 7pm next Tuesday.
Claire Sexton, from Alzhiemer's Society, will join guests at the Hill Top Road venue to speak about the charity's initiatives supporting people with dementia.
