A FESTIVE feel-good hit is set to grace the big screen for people with dementia.
The Ultimate Picture Palace is preparing to host its dementia-friendly screening of classic Christmas movie Holiday Inn.
The toe-tapping 1942 musical, starring movie legends Bing Crosby and Fred Astaire, will be screened at 2.15pm on December 15.
The East Oxford cinema began hosting specially-adapted movies last year after teaming up with organisation Creative Dementia Arts Network.
Dim lights, slightly-lowered sound and clearer signs will be used, while the audience is also invited to walk around, sign and chat while films are screened.
