UP to 100 new homes could be built in one estate in Watlington.
A "Mr Harbottle" of Great Peter Street, London, is hoping to build the housing on land off Pyrton Lane in the village north of Wallingford.
He revealed the plan in a request to South Oxfordshire District Council to find out if he would need to carry out an Environmental Impact Assessment to get planning permission.
The plans can be seen online at southoxon.gov.uk using reference number P16/S3794/SCR
