A TALK took place last night on a new book about the history of Oxford’s maps.
The maps feature in a new study by Dan MacCannell, entitled Oxford: Mapping the City, which is published by Berlinn.
More than 60 colour maps dating back to medieval times are featured in the new book, which costs £30.
Mr MacCannell has written a number of other books, including Edinburgh: Mapping the City.
The book signing took place at Blackwell’s and a number of signed copies are still available at the store in Broad Street.
