KFC has announced that it is launching a competition giving a fan the chance to create a new item for its menu.
They are launching KFC Masters where one person will get the once in a lifetime opportunity to work with the KFC team on a new creation.
In a statement the restaurant chain said: "KFC is calling out for fans to create a recipe that pairs its unrivalled boneless chicken with ingredients worthy of its greatness.
"We’re thinking Marmite Chicken Burgers, succulent boneless mini chicken fillets coated in a salty butterscotch sauce, we want to see it all. Help us find our boneless chicken a match-made-in-heaven.
"Once the masterpieces have been shortlisted by our chicken chiefs at KFC Cluck-quarters, the finalists will battle it out in the ultimate championship tournament on Instagram. From then on, their fate is down to the vote of KFC fans."
From there the winner will work with the innovation team at KFC HQ to create the new menu item which will be made available for a limited time in 2023.
Plus, as a little bonus they will also be rewarded with a year's supply of free KFC boneless chicken.
If you think you have what it takes to bring a new creation to life then go to the KFC website here to apply.
Entries are open now until midnight on Tuesday, August 16 for anyone over the age of 18.
KFC added: "You will be notified by email on the 23rd of August if you’ve been selected and will have 12 hours to confirm your prize.
"You will need to be available on a date in 2023 to spend the day at KFC’s Head Office where you will work with the innovation team to produce a new product for the KFC menu."
