Dillian Whyte has agreed to fight Tyson Fury for the WBC world heavyweight title after waiting until the final hours to sign a contract.
Sky Sports reported that both fighters have agreed a deal, with the encounter set to take place at Wembley Stadium in London on April 23.
Whyte had until 6am on Tuesday (February 22) to put pen to paper on his huge clash with Fury through WBC rules after being named his mandatory challenger.
There were fears that Whyte may not agree to the deal at all as a result of the dispute over the purse split, which favours his opponent by 80-20.

Fury had even taken to social media to call out Whyte yesterday (Monday, February 21) for not getting on with signing.
Whyte currently holds the WBC interim title after beating Alexander Povetkin in a rematch and will get a chance to take Fury's world title from him.
The Londoner will earn £6million from the fight after signing the dotted line - plus a £3m bonus if he dethrones the unbeaten Fury.
As reported by The Mirror Fury's co-promoters Frank Warren and Bob Arum won the purse bid with a record offer of £31m, of which Whyte is entitled to 20%.
