FRANCIELLY FERANANDES, 35, of Hampton Poyle, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Cowley, Oxford on June 15 this year with 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. They were disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £80. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.
JOSEPH FAIRCLOUGH, 25, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Didcot on June 16 with 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He also pleaded guilty to failing to stop after a road accident in Foxhall Road, Didcot, where damage was caused to another vehicle – a Honda Jazz, on the same day. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £788. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £315.
SUFFICE BRYAN, 40, of Victor Street, Oxford, indicated guilty to possession of a folding picket knife in Oxpens Road, Oxford on June 16 this year and the knife, which had a cutting edge, exceeding three inches. They were given a community order to complete 120 hours of unpaid work and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the knife. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
RYAN ODONOVAN, 37, of Lambton Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on June 17 this year with 98 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to complete 60 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
TAYLOR KENDALL, 19, of Barleyfield Way, Witney, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, namely a quantity of cannabis, in Witney on August 27 and possession of a Class A drug, namely cocaine, on the same day. They were fined £400 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.
MICHAEL COWLEY, 30, of New Road, Chipping Norton, pleaded guilty to possession of a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of a thing, namely a high-voltage electrical charge, namely an electric stun gun, on February 8 2021 in Banbury. He was fined £120 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the electric stun gun. There were court costs of £85.
