People convicted of offences at magistrates' courts around the county recently:
- Carlos Spencer, 21, of Nettlebed Mead, Oxford, admitted possession of a cannabis joint on July 18. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and told to pay £85 costs.
- Georgia Burke, 19, of Forge Place, Bicester, admitted drink-driving in Aynho, Banbury, on June 1. Had 140 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrams. Fined £240, £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs, and banned from driving for 18 months.
- Susan Cox, 37, of Brasenose Driftway, Oxford, admitted shoplifting from Boots in High Street, Witney, on July 19. Fined £120, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
- Aaron Franklin, 20, of Somerton, near Bicester, admitted failing to comply with a police constable’s order on August 25 to leave Deans Court, Bicester. Fined £200, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
