WITH reference to the report in the Oxford Mail on October 15 about all-new housing being built, which will bring lots more traffic congestion on to the A40: this will affect Long Hanborough, Cassington, Eynsham and Woodstock.
I would like to take this opportunity to mention the new houses that are to be built at the end of Riely Close in the fields currently used as allotments.
My great concern is the access that will be used in Riely Close. We have the school nearby – as well as all of the refuse bins, which are often overflowing in the car park, the coaches for school children, and the lorries delivering to shops at the top of the road.
It is simply horrendous, especially for all of us residents living here.
The people who passed all this need to live here to understand how impractical this is.
