House prices in Oxfordshire are rising faster than the UK average, according to official Government statistics.
New figures produced by the Land Registry show prices have risen by 7.3 per cent this year, compared to the national average of 6.3 per cent.
The average price of a property in the county now stands at £227,408 with prices increasing by 1.3 per cent in September.
