An accident involving five cars at the Pear Tree interchange is causing delays of around an hour.
Police received a report of a collision involving a car and a lorry at 4.17pm.
At 4.45, the A34 western by pass road was blocked by queueing traffic due to the accident before the A44, Woodstock Road. More details to follow.
