THROUGH your columns I would like to ask your correspondent, Alba Thorning, (View Points, August 29), why the good Lord, who, according to Alba, granted Tony Nicklinson merciful relief from his distress at a particularly auspicious time, caused Tony to have the stroke in the first place?
