FAMILIES flocked to Foxburrow Wood in Witney for the annual Wychwood Forest Fair.
The event included everything from Aunt Sally to ferret racing, while local music and refreshments were also provided.
As well as family activities, there were also 30 community and conservation groups promoting ways of helping the environment and community.
Among those enjoying a family day out was Silas Clennell, pictured, three, from Oxford, his 18-month-old sister Cecily and their parents.
His dad Neil Clennell said: “Silas was really really interested in the Witney Town Band, that kept him occupied for quite a while and we had a nice couple of hours wandering around. It’s really great for young kids, they always find it a really good day out.”
Sunday’s event is organised by the Wychwood Project and was held in the organisation’s new community wood. Picture: OX53828 Denis Kennedy
