A 96-YEAR-OLD woman suffering from osteoporosis died two weeks after being released from hospital.
Josephine Hill was found dead at her home, in Shepard Way, Chipping Norton on June 6.
She had fallen on April 13 and was found to have a number of back fractures but following rehabilitation was sent home from hospital on May 24.
At an inquest held in Oxford on Wednesday, coroner Alison Thompson said she died as the result of “an accidental injury aggravating a natural disease progression”.
