OXFORD
- Matthew Brain, 26, of Delbush Avenue, Oxford, admitted assault by beating on August 12 and criminal damage to an internal door valued at £25 on August 14 in Oxford. Also admitted committing offence while on suspended prison sentence. Jailed four months.
- Michael Aspel, 27, of Wick Farm, Oxford, admitted attempted burglary in Temple Road, Oxford, on February 16. Given a 12-month conditional dishcarge and told to pay £85 costs and £100 compensation.
- Julie Makelbridge, 21, of Linton Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Linton Road, on August 5. Had 65 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 17 months.
- Jose Philipps, 51, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly in St Clement’s, Oxford, on August 4. Six-month conditional discharge.
