Yemi Odubade (pictured) is staking a strong claim for a starting spot in Oxford United's attractive FA Cup fourth qualifying round tie away to Dagenham & Redbridge tomorrow (Saturday).
The former Eastbourne Borough striker hit a brace in the U's 3-0 win at Cambridge last Friday in only his second start of the season, which came about because Rob Duffy was handed a one-match ban.
Odubade said: "I want to start. I don't want to be a superstar, but like every striker, or every player, I want to start and play 90 minutes.
"I just want to push my way into the starting line-up for every game.
"For Dagenham, hopefully I've given the manager a massive headache."
