Hannah England has secured a place in the 1,500m semi-finals
HANNAH England was delighted after progressing to the semi-finals of the 1,500m at the Olympic Games.
The 25-year-old Oxford City athlete finished fifth in yesterday’s heat, clocking 4mins 5.78secs.
It was enough to secure her a place in tomorrow’s semi-final.
Afterwards she said: “I was really, really pleased. I felt like myself. I felt like I had a presence in the race. I felt like I belonged.”
