Bricks from a collapsed wall next to a busy Oxford road spilled out on to the carriageway yesterday, causing an obstacle for cyclists and cars.
The rubble, at the top end of Headington Hill, was cordoned off with two orange barriers and temporary traffic lights were in place last night.
Oxford Mail reader Stephanie Jenkins, of Headington, took this photo of the wall yesterday.
She said: "The wall bulges. I am sure it has been leaning over more than usual recently.
"It's not a huge amount that has come down but there is a lot of weight behind the wall and it could have been quite nasty if a cyclist had been going past."
