A DRIVER crashed into a parked car after drinking at a christening.
Terry Cowley admitted drink-driving and failing to report an accident at Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday. The 42-year-old, of Donnington Bridge Road, hit an Audi in Warwick Street on May 20, left her car and walked home.
When police arrested her at home she had 55 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
Cowley was fined £250 and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs. She was banned from driving for 14 months.
