A traffic warden has denied assaulting a man in North Oxford.
Peter Swatton appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday and denied one charge of assault by beating.
The 47-year-old, of Cuddesdon Way, Blackbird Leys, who was referred to as a traffic warden in court, is alleged to have attacked Ryan Corbett in Adelaide Street on April 25.
Swatton was bailed to stand trial in October.
