A jury at Oxford Crown Court today found a lorry driver guilty by a majority verdict of causing death by dangerous driving on the A34 at Botley.
Richard Brown, 55, of Seaford in Cheshire, was also convicted yesterday of dangerous driving in the incident which caused the death of another lorry driver John Kilty, 46, of Co Durham. Brown will be sentenced on December 4.
