A MAN accused of fleeing from the dock at Oxford Crown Court was last night behind bars and facing a return to the court in a week.
Jamal Coleman, 21, has been charged with escaping from Oxford Crown Court on October 9 and appeared before Banbury magistrates.
He was remanded in custody until Friday, October 27, when he will appear at Oxford Crown Court.
Coleman also faced three new charges - one of assault, one of using insulting and abusive language in a public place in contravention of an anti-social behaviour order, and one of causing alarm, harassment, and disorder in contravention of an Asbo.
All the alleged offences were said to have taken place in Banbury on August 19 and 20.
