A LORRY driver who stopped on the A34 before a crash which killed a man has been found guilty of dangerous driving.
Richard Brown, 55, was this afternoon convicted by the jury at Oxford Crown Court of dangerous driving on the A34 at 4.30am on December 14, 2004.
However they are still undecided over the separate count of whether he caused the death of fellow driver John Kilty.
The jury has been told how Brown - of Cheshire - had stopped on the A34. His lorry was struck by a second one. That vehicle then hit Mr Kilty's lorry.
Brown denied both counts.
