The £1m Refurbishment of a former Oxfam building in Oxford is progressing fast, according to agents.
Work at Barclay House, Summertown, on the first and second floor offices above Marks & Spencer, is due to be completed by the spring.
The new accommodation will offer 10,000 sq ft of high specification office space, with suites being available from 517 sq ft.
Marketing agent, David Williams of Meeson Williams, said: "The concept is to provide businesses with an option between serviced offices and conventional commercial leasing.
"It will offer a natural progression to smaller and younger companies which have established themselves and now wish to progress to accommodation that more appropriately reflects their business development.
"It will also offer an opportunity to larger space-takers, who wish to take advantage of the excellent location relative to central Oxford."
Facilities include air conditioning, communications and lighting systems, kitchens and a sophisticated entry system.
