Work on the new Northgate Scheme in Banbury is due to be completed by next April, developers have confirmed.
The Office Villages scheme will comprise self-contained office buildings, arranged in three blocks, in a high quality landscaped environment, benefiting from a prominent location.
Mike Tracey, development principal of Office Villages, said: "We endeavour to provide a specification and quality in developments that are more typically found in modern headquarters office buildings."
Jon Silversides, head of agency at agents Lambert Smith Hampton, added: "We believe this is an exciting opportunity for Banbury occupiers who are fed up with the poor quality of accommodation generally on offer in the market place.
"Northgate combines an edge of town location with quality build product, prominence, and the ability to purchase, which we believe, will be extremely attractive."
