BOTLEY: Six legal eagles' have qualified as solicitors at leading law firm Blake Lapthorn Linnell based at Seacourt Tower.

They are Chris Burt (commercial litigation); Tania Coventry and Kate Hathaway (real estate - residential); Jo Dawtrey (commercial and intellectual property); Charlotte Timms (family law) and Sophie Young (professional regulatory).

They are among 13 to qualify in the company, which also has offices in Southampton, Winchester and Fareham.

Meanwhile, the firm's Information Techonology group has recruited specialist partner Tamzin Matthew.

Ms Matthew has more than ten years' experience in the field, including 18 months at Dell Computer Corporation on secondment to its in-house legal department, and has provided advice to a number of household names, such as Microsoft and Apple.

She joins from Morgan Cole where she was head of the Reading IT team.
