A GANG of three men robbed a newsagent in a raid at an Oxford shop, making off with cash and the shopkeeper’s gold ring.
At about 6.10am on Friday, three men burst into the Daudhar News shop, in Horspath Road, demanding money before grabbing the shopkeeper and stealing the ring from his finger.
After grabbing a tray from the till and a plastic box containing cash from behind the counter, the men fled on foot in the direction of Craufurd Road.
All of the men were white and in their late 20s or 30s.
One was about 6ft tall, of strong build and wearing a woollen hat and a grey top.
Another was wearing a dark-coloured hooded top, and the third was about 6ft tall, and wore a navy parka with a fur-trimmed hood.
