Power and phone lines are down at Oxford’s town hall.
Oxford City Council has confirmed that power was lost at the building in St Aldate’s at around 8.30am.
Spokesman Louisa Dean said the call centre, which sees it busiest period between 10am and 12pm, would also be offline until further notice.
