People convicted of offences at magistrates' courts around the county recently.
BANBURY
- Christopher Bardon, 24, of Dover Avenue, Banbury, admitted fraud by placing a skimming device over a cash machine and possession of an article for use in fraud, namely a skimming device, in Banbury on December 3. Given a six-week jail term, suspended for a year, with 200 hours’ unpaid work. Told to pay £80 costs.
- Mark Bowers, 27, of Downs Road, Standlake, admitted trespassing in pursuit of game, woodcocks, snipes or conies in Bampton on April 19. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
- George Bradford, 23, of Foster Street, Walsall, admitted trespassing in pursuit of game, woodcocks, snipes or conies in Bampton on April 19. Fined £267, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
- Monty Lee, 25, of Downs Road, Standlake, admitted trespassing in pursuit of game, woodcocks, snipes or conies in Bampton on April 19. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
